Estate of James Robertson late of Churchville, Miller, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and Testament of James Robertson of Churchville in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Miller.
1st. I will and bequeath to Walker my son all my Farm or homestead on which I reside at Churchville and bounded as follows on the north by lands of Roderick Robertson on the East by the Main road leading from New Glasgow to Churchville and by lands of the heirs of William Robertson on the South by lands of Robert S. Robertson and on the West by lands of James Fraser (Butcher) also all of my Livestock including Horses Cows young cattle and sheep excepting one Cow and four sheep hereinafter bequeathed to my wife, also all of my farming tools, and implements waggons and machinery.
Provided always that my said son Walker shall at all timed during the lifetime of my wife Isabella provide for and give her a comfortable living suitable to her condition and circumstances in life including a comfortable room with fuel at all times prepared for use proper food and clothing medical and other proper attendance and nursing when required, also take her with horse and vehicle to Church or any place she may occasion to go when required to do so, also provide fuel and pasturage for said cow and sheep for her my said wife at all seasons of the year during the lifetime of my said wife Isabella.
2nd. I will and bequeath to Isabella my wife one Cow and four sheep and all my household furniture, beds and bed clothing and also all the money I own including cash, notes of hands, mortgages and securities of any other kind and also a comfortable living to be provided for her by Walker my son as hereinbefore mentioned.
3rd. I will and bequeath to James A. my son all of that Lot or parcel of land owned by me and Situate at or near the Eastern end of the block of land formerly owned by the late William Robertson Senior, Miller, and bounded on the North by lands of the heirs of William Robertson, on the East by lands of W. Scott Fraser, on the South by lands of John McMillan and on the West by lands of Robert L. Robertson.
4th. I nominate and appoint Isabella Robertson my wife and Walker Robertson my son as executors of this my last Will and testament.
In witness whereof I have to these presents my name and Seal Subscribed and Set this second day of September A.D. 1891.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one & a half pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of James Robertson late of Churchville, in the County of Pictou, Miller, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
