Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

Know all me by these presents that I Elizabeth Robertson of Avondale in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound and disposing mind, do make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament as follows,

1st. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Jane Green wife of John A, Green of the City of Halifax my real estate consisting of the farm on which I reside at Avondale in the County of Pictou with all the buildings and appurtenances thereto belonging.

2nd. I give and bequeath to the aforesaid Margaret Jane Green eight hundred Dollar now or less standing to my credit in the Bank of Nova Scotia in New Glasgow also all my personal property of every description to her own personal use exclusively.

3rd. I hereby constitute and appoint my friend Robert H. Cunningham of Avondale to be the sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Robertson late of Avondale in the County of Pictou Married Woman deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 4th.  day of February AD 1910.
