Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of Daniel Robertson of Fish Pools East River in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Elder,

1. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Robertson all the real and personal property I possess after the payment of my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses giving my said real and personal property to my said beloved wife and her heirs forever.

2. I appoint Howard D. McDonald  of Stellarton Merchant and Elizabeth Robertson my wife executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed and set my hand and  Seal at  Fish Pools  in the County of Pictou this third day of April AD 1901.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel Robertson late of Fish Pools in the County of Pictou Elder deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 4th.   day of January AD 1910.
