Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last will and Testament of me Donald Ross of Loch Broom in County of Pictou farmer I hereby revoking all former wills.

I give device and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary B. Ross and her heirs forever all my real and personal property of every nature and description.

It is my will that my beloved wife Mary B. Ross bequeath the homestead property at Loch Broom to my son John Ross.

I nominate and appoint my beloved wife Mary B. Ross sole executrix of this my Will.

Dated at Brown's Point Pictou this seventh day of September AD 1907.
