Estate of William Robertson late of Churchville, Miller, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

Know man by these presents that I William Robertson, Miller, of Churchville in the county of Pictou being of sound discerning mind and memory do hereby publish and make this my last Will and testament.

1st I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann, all my Real estate for her use and benefit during the term for natural life and I also give her all my goods, chattels, money and personal effects of every kind and description for her own benefit and behoof forever.

2nd. Upon the death of my wife I give and bequeath to Stanley Fraser, son of John R.P. Fraser, late New Glasgow the Farm and buildings thereon or upon which I now live, and also a lot at or near Colin Robertson's if not disposed of by me during my lifetime and such other real estate as I may die possessed of.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Fifteenth day of December A.D. 1882.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William Robertson late of Churchville, in the County of Pictou, Miller, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 28th. day of November A.D. 1883.
