Estate of Alexander MacDonald, late of Marshy Hope, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Alexander MacDonald of Marshy Hope in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer,  make and publish his my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all  wills heretofore made by me.

I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Lydia MacDonald all the real estate and personal property which I now own and possess.

I nominate and appoint my wife the said Lydia MacDonald  Executrix of this my  last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I the abovementioned Alexander MacDonald have hereunto my hand and Seal Subscribed and set this twentieth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety three.

Signed  Sealed  published and declared by the said Alexander MacDonald the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us at the same time who at his request and in his presence  and in the presence of each other have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses.
