This is the  last will and testament of me David McCulloch of Pictou in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia  Ship Carpenter

I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret McCulloch all my real and personal estate of which I am Seized or possessed of and wheresoever Situated for the term of her natural life

at the death of my said wife Margaret McCulloch the said real and personal estate to become the property of my son David Henry McCulloch at period of Colorado in the United States of America to his own use and benefit forever.

I nominate and appoint my said wife Margaret McCulloch and my said son David Henry McCulloch executrix and executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this sixth day of November A.D., 1909.

Signed Sealed  published and declared by the said Testator, as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us  who in his presence and in the presence of each other all being present at the same time at his request have hereunto affixed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of David McCulloch  late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Ship Carpenter Deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 23rd  day of December AD 1909.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 23rd. day of December AD 1909.
