Estate of Robert McCoull late of Green Hill, Deceased

 

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

 

This is theI give and devise all my land and real estate consisting of about thirty acres of land situate at Green Hill whereupon I reside unto my wife Catherine for her use during the term of her natural life, and I also give and bequeath unto the said Catherine all my furniture, stock implements ofAfter the death of my said wife Catherine I   Grandson Robert McCoull Blackie the sum of one hundred dollars and shall pay to my son John James McCoull the sum of one hundred dollars, and

 

I  and bequeath to the said Jane Ann McCoull Robert McCoull Blackie and John James McCoull respectively the aforesaid sums or legacies **payable to them respectively and I direct that the payment of said legacies last mentioned shall be a charge on my said real estate.

 

I will and direct that the death of my said wife all my furniture shall be the property of my daughter Jane Ann McCoul and whatsoever of my stock implements of husbandry and other my own personal estate shall be left   my son and

 

I name and  appoint my son Robert McCoul and Charles R Blackie of Green Hill as and to be executors of this my last Will and Testament to which I the said Robert McCoul Senior have set my hand and Seal this thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two.

       Signed, Sealed and declared by the Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both together at the same time in his presence and by his request subscribed as witnesses.
