Estate of Sarah Ross late of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I Sarah Ross of Pictou in the County of Pictou Widow, do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me heretofore made.
I give device and bequeath all my property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate unto my daughter Bessie A. Ross.
I nominate and appoint the said that Bessie A. Ross and my son John W. Ross Sole Executrix and Executor of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed and set to this my will this twenty second day of January Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and ninety five.
Signed published and declared by the above named Sarah Ross as and for her last Will in the presence of us who in her presence in the presence of each other at her request have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of part of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Sarah Ross late of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
