Will of John G Ross of Barney's River
In the name of God Amen

I John G Ross of Kenzieville Barney's River Pictou County Nova Scotia being of sound mind and judgment hereby make my last will and Testament as follows

I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Maggie Ross my farm at Kenzieville Barney's River including buildings thereon and stock two horses and three head of cattle 2 waggons and farming implements.

I also give and bequeath to my beloved wife Maggie Ross the shop installed at Kenzieville also the goods in the same shop with books and all accounts.

I hereby appoint Simon Bannerman Elder and Daniel Bannerman executors to carry out this last will and Testament.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John G. Ross late of Kenzieville Barney's River in the County of Pictou Merchant deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 12th.  day of August AD 1904.
