Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I Oliver Herbert Rowan of Fox brook suburb of Westville being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this as my Last Will and testament.
I hereby appoint James Guy and James Roy to be the executors of my Will.
I hereby direct my said executors to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.
I hereby give to my niece Esther Rowan of Misser St., Providence Rhode Island a small ladies watch and to my nephew Raymond Rowan of the same address my Waltham watch and fob.
And to Mrs. Catherine M. Kyle I leave all that is left of a small insurance policy in the Metropolitan Life I’n”s Co., after my funeral expenses are paid and if said expenses are greater than what is due me of said policy the said Mrs. Catherine Kyle having paid premiums since 1906 (nineteen hundred and six0 is to be reimbursed the amount she has paid out with the adition of $10 (ten dollars)
To my Aunt Mrs. Marion MacKenzie I bequeath $20 (twenty dollars)
And to her husband Hector MacKenzie I bequeath $20 (twenty dollars)
I devise and bequeath to my step sister Mrs. Mary Bruffell all the rest of my real and personal estate to be held or disposed of as she desires.

Signed, Sealed published and declared by said Oliver Herbert Rowan Testator as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us being present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof.
