Estate of Lauchlin McLean Blair, late of Barney's River, Farmer deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Lauchlin McLean Blair of Barney's River in the County of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time made by me made.

I hereby appoint my said father in law Finlay McIntosh of Garden of Eden and John Reid of Barney's River, to be the executors of my Will.

I hereby direct said executors to pay all just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate of every kind and descriptions and wherever situated unto my wife Jessie Ann Blair, her heirs and assigns absolutely for ever.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 12th. day of July A.D. 1897.
