Estate of Kenneth McKenzie, late of Westville, Yeoman, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I Kenneth McKenzie of Westville, in the County of Pictou, Yeoman, being of good and perfect mind and memory and knowing the uncertainty of time do make and ordain this my last Will and testament.
First and principally and first of all, I commit my Soul to God who gave it, and my body to the earth to be buried with a decent Christian burial believing the same shall rise again at the general judgement, and the effects with which it has pleased God to bless me, I give devise and bequeath in the manner following -
I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Hughina McKenzie all the real estate and personal property I own in the County of Pictou or elsewhere including the lot of land and premises on which I now reside in Westville, which is bounded and described as follows.
Bounded on the Southwest by lands of John Maxwell, on the Northwest by a lot of land in possession of the heirs of William Fraser, deceased, on the Northeast by the Chelsea School lot, and on the Southeast by Duff Street (so called) containing twenty square rods, more or less. To Have and To Hold to her the said Hughina McKenzie and her heirs and assigns forever.
Also all monies, books, drafts, notes, bonds, bills of Sale, mortgages, specialities, choses in action and other debts and Securities for the payment of money now due or growing due, household furniture, fixtures, and furnishings, and my wearing apparel.
I constitute and appoint Alexander W. McBean of Westville in the said County of Pictou, Land Surveyor, Sole executor of this my last Will and Testament, at the same time revoking all wills or testamentary dispositions by me made heretofore.
In witness whereof I the said Kenneth McKenzie having Signed, Sealed published and declared this Instrument as my last Will and Testament at Westville in the said County of Pictou on the Sixth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety two.

The said Kenneth McKenzie at said Westville on the said Sixth of June A.D. 1892, Signed and Sealed this Instrument and published and declared the same as his last Will, and we, at his request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto written our names as Subscribing witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page and part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Kenneth McKenzie late of Westville in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou, this 1st. day of December A.D. 1894.
