I Jane Ives McKenzie of Harvard in the County of Worcester, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in view of the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind do hereby declare this my last will and testament as follows:
I hereby bequeath all my property of whatever kind both real estate and personal property of which I may die possessed to my nephew Frederick L. Fraser,
And do appoint Frederick L. Fraser to be executor of this my last Will and Testament.
