I, Anne McColl, of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Widow, do hereby make, publish, and declare this my  last Will and Testament, at the same time revoking any will or testamentary document by me at any time heretofore made.

I direct my executors hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral and other expenses, and the expenses attendant upon the settlement of my estate.

1.  I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Maria one-fifth of all my personal property of every nature and kind whatsoever and wheresoever, to be hers absolutely and forever.

2. I also further give, devise and bequeath to my said daughter Maria for and during such time as she remains unmarried, the use of my real property and the income of the remaining four-fifths of my personal property.

3. Upon the death or marriage of my daughter Maria, I will and direct that my real property and the said four-fifths of my personal property be divided among those of my children (not including Maria) who are living. PROVIDED, however, that if any of my children have, in the meantime died leaving a child or children who is or who are surviving, the share of my property which would have gone to the parent shall go to such child or children.

I further direct that notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained, if my daughter Maria, and my executors agree, they may sell my real property at any time, and the proceeds thereof shall be added to the remainder of my personal property.

I nominate and appoint my sons Archibald and Roderick, executors of this my last will and testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal subscribed this nineteenth day of September, 1907.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Anne McColl  late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Widow deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 9th  day of November AD 1910.
