Estate of William S. McCabe, late of Loch Broom, Yeoman, deceased, Testate
Copy of Last Will and Testament of Testator Certified by Registrar of Probate
This is the Last Will and Testament of me William Smith McCabe of Loch Broom in the County of Pictou, Yeoman.
I direct payment of my Estate of all my just debts, and funeral and Testamentary Expenses.
I give devise and bequeath to my Brother John James McCabe all my Lands Real Estate personal property and all my Estate and Interest whatsoever in all my property Real and personal to Have hold and enjoy the same ** said John James McCabe his heirs and assigns.
I also hereby direct that the said John James McCabe shall permit my parents to occupy one half of the house and shall provide for them a comfortable support during the term of their natural lives provided that they remain on the property and assist as far as health and strength allot to cultivate and improve the same.
I also direct that the said John James McCabe shall keep four sheep for his mother for her own use and benefit and also allow her the half of the fruit in the orchard each year
and allow my sister Julia Ann have a home with her parents as long as she may require such
and that he give to my brother George one good Cow what even time he may desire to have her
that farm not to be sold during the lifetime of my parents.
I make and declare to be null and void all after former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I appoint Duncan Ross McCabe Farmer of Loch Broom and George McCabe Blacksmith of Pictou Executors of this my Last Will and testament to whom all disputes are to be referred and their decisions are to be final.
To this my Last Will and Testament have Subscribed my name the thirty first day of July in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and seventy eight.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William S. McCabe, late of Loch Broom, in the County of Pictou, Yeoman, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou, this 19th day of July A.D. 1879.
