Estate of James McCabe, late of Loch Broom, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of me James McCabe of Loch Broom in the County of Pictou, Farmer.
 
I will devise and bequeath to my son George R. McCabe all my Real and personal Estate consisting of the farm on which I now reside together with all my household furniture also my farming utensils stock and crop on consideration that the said George R. will pay all my lawful debts,

also provide a home for my daughters Anna M. McCabe while she remains with him to be nursed and have a doctors care in sickness

or in the event of her the said Anna McCabe marrying or making a home for herself that the said George R. McCabe will give her the said Anna McCabe one bed and bedding, one cow and twenty dollars,

also that my Estate be under the supervision of my executors until my son the said George R. McCabe attain his majority.

Also I appoint Duncan R. McCabe and John D. Cameron Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have thereto set my hand and Seal this fourteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of James McCabe, late of Loch Broom, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
