I Duncan R McCabe of Loch Broom in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore by me made.

I give devise and bequeath to my son Scott McCabe all the property of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease whether real or personal with the following provisions

1st. That said Scott McCabe shall always provide my wife Isabella with a comfortable home and other necessaries while she remains in his home

2nd. That said Scott McCabe prove as home and other necessaries for his brother John and the rest of the minor children while they remain at home with him

I further devise that should any dispute arise between said Scott McCabe and his mother or any of the family regarding his proper fulfillment of the provisions of this will then said disputes to be settled by the decision of the executors of this will they choosing a third [arty if they fail to agree themselves

I further devise that William McDonald Farmer of Durham and Howard S Kennedy Farmer of Alma be the executors of this will

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty second day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Duncan R. McCabe late of Loch Broom County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the twenty fifth day of November AD 1901.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 25th day of November AD 1901.
