This is the  last will and testament of Thomas McBain of Greens Brook in the County of Pictou Farmer

I give devise and bequeath all  my real and personal Estate of every kind and description and whereon situated unto mu wife Catherine Jane McBain her heirs and assigns absolutely forever and

I hereby appoint Mr. A.F. McBain of Newtown Guysboro County the sole executor of this my will.

I hereby revoke all other wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 21st. day of January  A.D., 1909.

Signed and declared by said Thomas McBain as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Thomas McBain late of greens Brook in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 6th  day of April AD 1909.
