Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

The  last will and testament of John McBain  of Hardwood Hill in the County of Pictou N.S. Farmer,

After the payment of my debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses I  give devise and bequeath to my daughters all my real and personal property of every nature quality and description and wheresoever Situated absolutely as follows

To Mrs. Eliza C Oliver the sum of ($25.00) (twenty five)

To Mrs. Christina G. Langille the sum of ($30.00) thirty dollars

To Mrs. Lillian C, McKenzie the sum of ($130.00) one hundred thirty dollars

and the remainder to be divided equally between my two remaining daughters Janie R. and Mary H with the one exception that my gold watch be given to my son in law George Langille

I revoke all  wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I constitute my daughters Janie R. and Mary H sole executrix of this my last Will and testament.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eleventh day of March A.D., 1911.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John McBain  late of Hardwood Hill in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the fifth  day of April AD 1911.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this fifth day of April AD 1911.
