Nov 16th 1909

I Duncan W McBain of Green Hill in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being in fill possession of my mental faculties do make this my  last will and testament

First  I direct that my house and lands at Green Hill be sold and the proceeds be used to pay all lawful claims against the estate and all personal debts.

Second I devise that all sums reserved from my life Insurance Policy after paying all claims against said policy be used for the maintenance of my three children Ethel S. DeWitt S. and Dorothy C. McBain.
 
I hereby appoint John J McBain William McDonald (North) and W O Creighton my executors to carry out the provisions of this my Will

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Duncan W McBain late of Green Hill in said County deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 19th  day of January AD 1910.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 19th. day of January AD 1910.
