I Jane Logan of Pictou in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Spinster being of sound and understanding do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following, hereby revoking all former wills made by me

1st. I give and bequeath to my niece Isabella McLeod (widow) all my real and personal estate to be held by her for her sole use and benefit - during her life time

Second I order and direct that my brother Hugh Logan shall have the use of a room and bed with bed clothes in the house now occupied by me Such room and with bed clothes to be provided by said niece Isabella McLeod free of charge when demanded by my said brother Hugh Logan

Third At the death of my said niece Isabella McLeod I order and devise that my estate be sold and the sum of one hundred Dollars be paid out of the proceeds of said sale to my nephew John W Morrison and the remainder to be divided share and share alike among my three grand nephews Murdoch Morrison McLeod,  William Foster McLeod, and Robert Sydney Winchester McLeod

Lastly I appoint my nephew John W Morrison to be the sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament and in the presence of the witnesses below this fourteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine

Signed sealed  published and declared by the said Jane Logan as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereto

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Jane Logan  late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Spinster deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 23rd. day of June AD 1906.
