Will of Geo. Logan, Deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of
Know all men by these presents that I George Logan of Hardwood Hill in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament
I give and bequeath to my beloved wife (nee Mary C Stewart) all my farm whereon I now reside together, with the dwelling house and furniture and all my personal property and real Estate, every things that belongs to me to be used by her as she thinks best
The aforesaid farm is bounded and described as follows, Beginning on the west side of John W. Fraser's land on the north side of the Intercolonial Raliway, thence running westerly along said Railway to the Mill lot- so called thence north along said mill lot to John D Matheson's line, thence along said Matheson's line to John W. Fraser's line, thence south along said Fraser lone to the place of beginning.
I appoint John W. Fraser to be executor of this my last Will and
In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses named below this twenty ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of George Logan late of Hardwood Hill in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 21st. day of November AD 1911.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 21st. day of November AD 1911.
