Know all men by these presents that I John Livingston of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Blacksmith being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make  and publish this my  last will and Testament as follows that is to say

I give devise and bequeath all my estate and property real and personal of which I may die seized and possessed or which I may be entitled to my wife Annie H. Livingston and her heirs and assigns forever.

I  appoint my wife Annie H. Livingston sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this twenty seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven

The said John Livingston at said New Glasgow on said twenty seventh day of February AD 1907 Signed and Sealed  this instrument and published and declared as and for his last Will and Testament. The same having been first all *** and clearly read over to him and apparently fully understood by him and who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses thereto.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Livingston late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Blacksmith deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 2nd. day of February AD 1910.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 2nd. day of February AD 1910.
