Certified Copy of Will for Donald Livingstone Deceased

This is the last will and Testament of Donald Livingstone Farmer of West River Station in the County of Pictou N.S.

I give devise and bequeath to Annie Livingstone of West River Station in the County of Pictou, NS, all my real Estate and personal property of whatsoever kind and description and wherever situated to and for her own use and purpose subject however to the following conditions, that she maintain my beloved wife Catherine along with herself giving her clothing food and attention according to her station in life.

I hereby nominate and appoint Robert Anderson and Robert Russell both of West River Station as  executor of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness Whereof I the Testator have hereunto Set my hand this eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald Livingstone late of West River Station in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 21st. day of June AD 1904.
