Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

This is the  last will and Testament of me Avalon Roberts Lilly of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Merchant

Whereas my wife Jean Ann Lilly by Indenture dated August 20th, 1902 released all her claim by right of Dower or otherwise in and to all the real property owned by me on Water Street Pictou to my son Charles Douglas Lilly and I did not join in the execution thereof and now I do hereby approve of and concur in said Indenture

I give devise and bequeath to my son Charles Douglas Lilly absolutely all my real estate and personal property of every kind and description

I appoint my said son Charles Douglas Lilly sole executor of this my Will

I revoke all former wills by me at any former time made.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th. day of August  A.D., 1902.

Signed and declared by the Testator Avalon Roberts Lilly as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing written paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Avalon Roberts Lilly  late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Merchant deceased which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 12th  day of August AD 1907.
