Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I William Leithead of West River in the County of Pictou Farmer do make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament

I will devise and bequeath to my Son John W Leithead a part of the farm on which I now reside bounded as follows on the south by the West River, on the west by a Road running north from the said River and up to the fence now standing in front of my dwelling house and then in an easterly and westerly direction along said fence and the direction thereof until it comes to the old Road and thence in a northerly direction to a drain and a rail fence, thence along said fence in an easterly direction to lands formerly of Frasers Murray, and thence southerly along the west line of said Murray lands to the said River subject however to the payment within one year after my decease to my son Henry Leithhead of the sum of Three hundred Dollars.

I will devise and bequeath to my Son Charles Leithead all the rest and residue of my estate real and personal of every nature and kind and wheresoever Situate

I nominate and appoint Alexander Fraser of Durham and Charles R Blackie of Green Hill both in the County of Pictou  executors this my last Will and Testament.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto my hand Subscribed and set this seventh day of January  A.D., 1902 in presence of witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Leithead  late of West River in said County deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 15th  day of March AD 1902.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 15th. day of March AD 1902.
