I Henry Lear of Bridgeville in the County of Pictou Province Nova Scotia Merchant being of sound and disposing mind and memory make this my last will.

I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows that is to say to Sarah Ann my wife

I hereby appoint John MacDonald (Roy) Farmer of Bridgeville County aforesaid and Archibald Cameron of Bridgeville County aforesaid Farmer executors of this my Will

In Witness Whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Bridgeville County aforesaid this 31st. day of October  A.D., 1908.

The said Henry Lear of said place on said day Signed and Sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last Will and at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Henry Lear late of Bridgeville in the County of Pictou Merchant deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 18th  day of November AD 1908.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 18th. day of November AD 1908.
