This is the  last will and testament of me the undersigned George Laurie of Westville in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia.

I give, devise and bequeath whatever Real Estate or Personal Property and of whatever kind I may possess at the time of my decease in manner and form following: - that is to say.

My brother Thomas Laurie to have one-fourth in value of the whole in such a way as my Executor hereinafter named shall consider best for his benefit. and it si the true intent and meaning of these presents that if one-fourth as above stated be paid to him in money or otherwise that the whole shall go to my sister Christy Ann Fraser.
 
I hereby nominate and appoint my nephew Alexander C. Fraser sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Westville this fifteenth day of July (1909)  in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the written paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of George Laurie late of Westville in the County of Pictou Esquire deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 14th  day of November AD 1911.
