Description Deed of James Cameron of East River St. Mary's, Pictou Co., NS

(Handwritten) Deed James Cameron To Alex.r Cameron This Indenture made at East River of St. Mary's Township of Maxwellton County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia the Second day of May in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty five. Between James Cameron Farmer East River St. Mary's on the one part, and Alexander Cameron Farmer East River St. Mary's on the other part - Witnefseth that for and in consideration of the Sum of ten pounds lawful money of the Province of Nova Scotia the receipt hereof acknowledged he Hath Granted Bargained, Sold released, and confirmed Unto the said Alexander Cameron his heirs and afsigns for ever all that certain piece or tract of Land Situate , lying and being at East River of St. Mary's County of Pictou Township of Maxwellton as follows ,-------Beginning at a marked tree on the old Pictou Road adjoining the land of James Cameron, thence to run along the line of said Alexander Cameron Until the Black Brook, thence following the present course of the Brook Up the Stream to a marked tree A C and A.C. thence to run along the line of the aforesaid Alexander Cameron to the aforesaid Road, thence along said road to the place of beginning, containing twenty acres more or lefs, --- To have and to hold the aforesaid described premises with all the reversion and reversions, rents, houses, Profits, and Emoluments thereunto belonging unto him the said Alexander Cameron his heirs, Executors, administrators, and assigns for their only proper use, benefit and behoof which the said James Cameron for himself, his heirs, Executors, administrators, and assigns shall and will warrant and forever defend and by these presents against the claim or claims being lawful of any person or persona whosoever, whereof the said James Cameron have hereunto his name subscribed, and seal affixed day and year above written.
