Cause - William Henry Davis & Clarence Primrose Dickson vs Burton McKay Bond 24..11..8 Costs 4..16..8 Judgt 29.. 7..8 Says nothing between the said William Henry Davis and Clarence Primrose and the said Burton McKay for Twenty Four pounds eleven shillings and eight pence due on a Bond. Therefore it is considered that the said William Henry Davis and Clarence Primrose recover against the said Burton McKay the said sum of Twenty four pounds eleven shillings and eight pence together with Four pounds and sixteen shillings for the costs of Suit.
