Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
The last Will and Testament of Alexander Langille of Brook Road River John in the County of Pictou Farmer
I Alexander Langille considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner and form following that is to say
1. I give and devise to my beloved wife Catherine Langille the farm o which we now reside situate lying and being on Brook road in Pictou County purchased by me from John Langille my father by Deed bearing date the 16th. day of March AD 1864 and registered in Pictou as by reference thereto will fully and at large appear To Have and To Hold to her the said Catherine Langille the said lands therein described her heirs and assigns forever
2. I give and bequeath to my wife Catherine Langille all my personal property of whatever nature and kind belonging to me to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death subject however to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses
And lastly I do hereby Consider and appoint my said Wife Catherine Langille and my son in law Benjamin Murphy of Trenton Pictou County executrix and executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto my hand and Seal Subscribed and Set this twenty third day of January AD 1909.

Signed seal published and declared by the said Alexander Langille as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander Langille late of Brook road River John County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 8th day of(October is scratched out) November AD 1909.
