Last Will and Testament  of Joseph J. Kitchen; Deceased

WILL.

I, Joseph J. Kitchen of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou Merchant, hereby make this paper writing to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills that I may have made.
And as to such Real Estate and Property that I may be possessed of at the time of my decease, I dispose of as follows: -

To my sister, Edith Murray the wife of J. Edward Murray of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou.

I give, devise and bequeath all my Real, Estate, Goods, Chattels, moneys and Credits of whatever kind and description, and wherever situate, and to her sole use and benefit.
And I hereby nominate and appoint as Executors to this my last Will the following named persons, Edith Murray of New Glasgow and John Smith, Merchant of New Glasgow.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have signed, sealed, published and declared this to be my last Will and Testament, at New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, this Twenty-fourth day of January, A.D., 1913.

IN THE COURT OF PROBATE

I, John D. McLeod, Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the within or annexed typewritten paper is a true and Correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Joseph J. Kitchen  late of New Glasgow in said County of Pictou Merchant deceased, which said will  was duly admitted to Probate, in said Court, at Pictou on the First  day of December, A.D. 1913.
Witness my hand at Pictou, in said County this First day of December, A.D.  1913.
