Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I, Elizabeth Kinselar of Pictou in the County of Pictou, single woman, do hereby, make, publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I give, devise and bequeath all my property of whatsoever nature and kind, and wheresoever situate to my daughters Jane Kinselar and Mary Kinselar, both of Pictou aforesaid Tailoresses, equally to be divided between them.
I make, nominate, constitute and appoint the said Jane Kinselar and Mary Kinselar to be the executrices of this my Will.
In Witness Whereof, I have my hand subscribed to this my will, this twenty-first day of May, in the year of 0ur Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

Signed, published and declared by the above named Elizabeth Kinselar as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
The same having been first read over and fully explained to her who stated that she fully understood the same.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Kinselar late of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Deceased, which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 7th of July A.D., 1910.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid, the 7th day of July 1910.
