Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

The last will and testament of George Kellock.

I Geo. Kellock X (his mark) considering the uncertainty of this mortal life & being in sound mind & memory blessed by Almighty God for the Same do make and publish this my last will and testament.

I bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret all my money furniture & free hold estate to be for her use as long as she lives and after her death I bequeath my free hold estate to my daughter Isabella together with furniture & and the Sum of one hundred dollars, the remainder to be divided between my Sons & daughters.

I appoint my beloved wife Margaret my Sole Executrix.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and Seal the 27th Nov 1902 day of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet was now here subscribed by Geo. Kellock the testator in the presence of each of use and was at the same time declared by him to be his last will & testament & we at his request Sign our names as attesting witnesses.

In the Court of Probate of Wills

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of George Kellock late of Stellarton in the County of Pictou deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 16th day of December AD 1902

Witness my hand at Pictou this 16th day of December 1902.
