Estate of Thain Kacuir late of Westville, Married Woman, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and Testament of me, Thain Kacuir of Westville in the County of Pictou, wife of Frank M. Kacuir.
I devise and bequeath to my beloved husband Frank M. Kacuir aforesaid the house in which I now reside (new house) also an acre of land lying around the same upon Conditions that may he my said husband remains unmarried and provides for the three children in the same manner as they have been and now are provided for. If my said husband neglects the aforesaid children or gets married then in that case the portion herein willed to him will revert to Jessie C. and Heloise G. Bonny children of my first husband Hubert Bonny and will be subject to the same provisions and conditions as other bequests made herein to said children.
I devise and bequeath to Maggie H. Kacuir my beloved Daughter my family Bible.
I devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Jessie C. Bonny one bed and bedding, my bureau and my wearing apparel.
I devise and bequeath to m y beloved Daughter Heloise one bed and bedding also my Silver castors.
I devise and bequeath to Jessie C. Bonny and Heloise Bonny aforesaid my beloved daughters all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal to be equally divided between them.
Should my Executors hereinafter named find that it is would be to the advantage of my said daughters to sell the Real Estate to them herein devised, I herein authorize them to dispose of the same to the best advantage and to place the proceeds on interest for their benefit, should the said Amt. be not required for their support and education whatever amount received is to be delivered to them when they arise at the age of maturity or sooner if my executors shall see fit to do so.
I hereby appoint my friend Mary Lamb of Pictou town Guardian of my two said Daughters Jessie C. and Heloise Bonny during their infancy.
I hereby appoint my two friends James McLeod Merchant and J. F. Oliver both of Westville, aforesaid Executors of this my last Will.
In witness whereof I the Testatrix have hereunto my hand set this 27th. Day of March A.D. 1896.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one and a half pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Mrs. Thain Kacuir, Late of Westville in the County of Pictou, married woman, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
