Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I, Studley Jones of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Superintendent of Streets, do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, and I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I give devise and bequeath to my wife Agnes Jones all my property and estate of whatsoever mature and kind and wheresoever situate and I hereby appoint my said wife Agnes Jones sole executrix of this my Will.
In Testimony Whereof I have hereto subscribed my hand to this my will this thirteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Signed published and declared by the said Studley Jones as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
