Located on the left side of the St. James Anglican Cemetery on Mill Dam Road, off of the Sunrise Trail near Pictou. Cemetery is listed as PP15 Haliburton Anglican in the Ritchie Cemetery Listings index.

Davies was the founder of the Pictou Iron Foundry, and came from England in 1830 to manage the foundry in Albion Mines before moving to Pictou in 1856.
