I hereby declare this to be the  last Will and Testament of me, ROBERT M. JACKSON,  of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Druggist, and I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.

FIRST: I declare and appoint "The Eastern Trust Company" of Halifax; ROBERT M. McGREGOR, of New Glasgow aforesaid, member of the Legislative Assembly, and my brother, G.S. JACKSON, of New Glasgow aforesaid, Merchant Tailor, to be my "Trustees" and  Executors, of this my last Will and Testament, and hereinafter called my "Trustees".

SECOND:  I order and declare that my Trustees pay all my just debts, and the expenses of my  funeral.

THIRD: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, GERTRUDE M. JACKSON, one third of my estate, including both real and personal property.

FOURTH: I also give and bequeath to my beloved brother, G.S. JACKSON, one sixth of all my estate, both real and personal property.

FIFTH: I also give and bequeath to the said G.S. JACKSON, in addition to one-sixth of my estate as aforesaid, all my horses, carriages, harness and stable effects, fishing rods and tackle, and all my sporting implements and gear of all kinds whatsoever.

SIXTH: I give and bequeath to my aunt, Miss Lottie McGregor, the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

SEVENTH: I give and bequeath to my aunt, Miss Helen McGregor, the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

EIGHTH: I give and bequeath to my personal friend, Howard McKay, formerly of Riverton, and now of New Glasgow, and employed in the Nova Scotia Steel works, the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars.

NINTH:  I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter MINNIE ERLA JACKSON, all my books of every kind and book-cases and microscope or microscopes with everything pertaining thereto to be her own absolutely.

TENTH:  I  give and bequeath to my beloved daughter MINNIE ERLA JACKSON, the entire balance of my estate, both real and personal property.

ELEVENTH: I direct that my Trustees may at their discretion carry on my drug business in the premises where it is carried on at present, and if they do so, I direct and order that they place in charge  of the same so long as the same is carried on, a regularly qualified pharmacist who shall in all business matters be subject to the authority and control of the Trustees.

TWELFTH: And I order and direct my Trustees in carrying out the provisions of the my last Will and Testament, to sell the whole of any part of my property at their discretion at any time within five years after my decease.

THIRTEENTH: I order and direct my Trustees to sell all the property, real and personal which remains unsold belonging to my estate at the end of five years after my decease.

FOURTEENTH: Whatever money is realised from the sale of my property as aforesaid, (This added and initialed) as well as all money derived as income from my estate shall from time to time, be invested by my Trustees as they may deem best.

FIFTEENTH: I order and direct my Trustees to pay to MINNIE ERLA JACKSON out of the income from her share the sum of not less than Three Hundred and sixty-five Dollars per annum nor more that the entire annual income until she arrives at the age of Twenty-one years.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal subscribed and set  this 13th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Robert M. Jackson late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Druggist deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 5th  day of January AD 1911.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 5th. day of January AD 1911.
