Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of me Ellen Brown of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Widow of the late Dan Brown both of Pictou, aforesaid deceased. Duly ** do this payment of my just debts personal and testamentary expenses. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of any kind and matter whatsoever and wheresoever situate to which I will be entitled to at the time of my decease unto Elizabeth Knisilon Of Diamonds Wharf sometimes so called in the Town of Pictou within the County of Pictou Spinster To Have and To Hold the same to her heirs and assigns (corr. G.W.E of) (corr. J.K. of) forever. I nominate and appoint Reverend Thos. Robertson of this Town and County formerly of Pictou - Parish Priest - and said Elizabeth **Knisilon above mentioned as Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other testamentary writings. my said wife son David P. executor of this my said last Will and Testament. Also
