Will of Samuel W. Anderson Deceased
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I Samuel W. Anderson of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Labourer, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills and testaments and dispositions by me at any time hereupon made.
I make nominate and appoint my dearly beloved wife Patience Anderson to be the executrix of this my said last Will.
I devise my said executrix to pay my just debts (if any) and my funeral and testamentary expenses.
I give and bequeath to my beloved wife patience Anderson all my estate of whatever nature and kind wheresoever situate for her sole use and benefit.
In witness whereof I have my hand subscribed to this my last Will and Testament this sixth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

Declared by Samuel W. Anderson as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper written is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Samuel W. Anderson late of said County, labourer, deceased, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in said Court on the 14 day of March AD 1906.
