Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last will and testament of me Samuel Archibald of Watervale County of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia whereof I appoint my daughters Agnes C. Archibald and Madge N. Archibald my executrixes and Trustees.

First in regard to Bella Reid who has been for nearly forty years a member of the household I will and bequeath that my executrixes shall continue to her the position and privileges in the house hitherto enjoyed by her so long as she chooses to reside in the home with them but if at any time said Bella Reid shall choose another home or in the event of the home passing into others hands then I will and bequeath that my said executrixes keeping well in view the long and faithful services of the said Bella Reid shall continue to take an interest in her welfare and minister to her support - if need be and in such measures as they may deem just and right in the circumstances.

Second - all my estate real and personal at death- I will and bequeath to my daughters appointed share and share alike.

McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper written is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Samuel Archibald late of Watervale, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in said Court on the 4th day of July AD 1905.
