Will of Richard Jackson, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds
I Richard Jackson of Carriboo in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer do make and publish my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say –
1st. I will and direct that all my just debts (if any) be paid out of the proceeds of my estate
2nd. I give devise and bequeath to my sister Siabella all my real estate to be possessed by her the said Sibella |Jackson her heirs and assigns forever
3rd. I also give devise and bequeath to my said Sister Sibella Jackson all my personal property whatever it may consist o or wherever found
4th. Finally I hereby appoint my nephew John Thomas McPherson to be my executor and my Sister Sibella Jackson my Executrix of my last will and Testament giving them full power to transact all business connected with the execution of this my last will and Testament and I hereby revoke all wills and Testaments heretofore by me made and executed
In witness whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name and affixed my Seal at Carriboo this Sixteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety eight

Signed Sealed and declared to be the last Will and Testament of the Testator in the presence of us, who in the presence of each other and at his request have signed our names as witnesses hereunto.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Richard Jackson late of Carriboo in said County of Pictou which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 15th day of August 1900
