Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Helen Brown of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Widow, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament.

I give devise and bequeath to my son David P. that vacant lot of land in said New Glasgow now situate between the lot whereupon I now reside and the Mountain Road.

I give devise and bequeath to my daughters Colleen and Sarah share and share alike that lot of land in said New Glasgow on which I now live together with all **singular the household and buildings connected therewith to my said daughters also I give devise and bequeath all personal property of which I now have possessed.

I hereby nominate and affirm my said son David P. executor of this my said last Will and Testament. Also hereby revoke any former will or other tool or ***documents by me at any time before me made.

In witness whereof I have hereto my hand and seal subscribed and set this fourth day of August A.D. 1904
