Estate of John Briton late of Middle River, Miner, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and Testament of me John Briton of Middle River in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Proprietor
First I devise and bequeath to my son John Briton my gold watch.
Secondly - I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Christina Briton all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal to which I shall die in anywise entitled.
I hereby appoint my wife Christina Britton Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I the testator have hereto my hand and seal subscribed and set this 2nd day of July A.D. 1884

Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us present who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other hereunto have subscribed our names as witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of a part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John Briton Late of Middle River in the County of Pictou, Miner, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
