Certified Copy of Will for Regitrar
I John Anderson of West River Station in the County of Pictou, Farmer do publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all wills by me heretofore made.
1st. I will devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Jane Wood wife of B G Wood the sum of Two thousand dollars
2nd. I will devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Catherine Anderson the abundance of all my real and personal property of what ever kind who wherever situated such as land, property and cash in the bank.
Lastly I hereby nominate Constitute and appoint Catherine Anderson of West River Station and John R. Bell of Salt Springs, farmer, the executors of this my last will and Testament.
