Estate of David Hunter, late of New Glasgow, Blacksmith, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I, David Hunter of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, "Blacksmith"   do  this as my last Will and Testament.

I give devise and bequeath to my Children William Hunter, John Hunter, and Jessie Ann McKay the wife of Norman McKay of New Glasgow, all my Real Estate  property situate in the Town of New Glasgow, the said property to be sold by my Executors and the proceeds divided so that John Hunter's share shall be one Hundred Dollars more than the other shares.

I hereby nominate and appoint Norman McKay of New Glasgow and George A. Douglass of New Glasgow to be Executors of this my  last Will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal at New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, this Eighth day of March A.D. 1886.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of David Hunter late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Blacksmith, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou, this 27th day of March A.D. 1886.
