This is the  last Will and Testament, of me, James Holland of Westville in the County of Pictou, Miner.  I hereby revoking all former Wills and codicils. Dated this sixteenth day of March, A.D., 1912, at Westville, N.S.

I nominate and appoint David McElvie of Westville aforesaid Truckman, and Struan G. Robertson, Barrister, of Pictou, to be the trustees and  executors of this my Will.

I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Ellen R. Holland, all he household furniture she may require or desire now in my dwelling house and premises at Westville, the said household furniture and dwelling house now deeded to her, and situated on the North East side of Park Street, Westville to be in lieu of her dower.

I order my funeral, testamentary expenses to be paid as soon as may be  by my executors

I  give and bequeath to my above named executors and trustees all my other real estate, wheresoever situate, as well as all my other personal property, in Trust to sell and convey the same either at Private sale or public auction and to divide the proceeds into two equal shares, rendering one share thereof to my son Duncan Holland of Amherst, N.S., and the other share to my son David Holland of Inverness, C.B. subject nevertheless, to a payment of One hundred dollars to my son James Hugh Holland on his attaining Twenty one years, should my executors consider that he is worthy of th same and provided the said James Hugh Holland refrain from coming to my house except at my request and ceases to cause me trouble and annoyance through his conduct.

Signed, published and declared by the said  Testator, James Holland as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time, who and in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have signed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of James Holland late of Westville in
the County of Pictou Miner deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 10th  day of July AD 1912.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 10th. day of July AD 1912.
