Estate of Andrew Hogg, late of Pictou Island, Mason, deceased, Testate

Probate and Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of me Andrew Hogg of Pictou Island in the County of Pictou, made this twentieth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty.

I give and bequeath all my real and personal estate which I now have, or hereafter may acquire, to my beloved wife Jane Hogg and I do hereby appoint her, the said Jane Hogg Sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

Signed  by the teatator as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his presence, and  the presence of each other have hereto Subscribed our names as witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Andrew Hogg, late of Pictou Island, in the County of Pictou, Mason, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou, this 2nd. day of July A.D. 1885.
