I, Francis Henry of Durham West Pictou, Pictou Co., N.S. do hereby will my property as below described to Joseph Levi Murray of the above named place, said property consisting of Eighty acres of land more or less situated at the above named place, also the title deeds to the same bearing the signatures of James McLellan, John Munroe, and John McLellan who deeded said lands to me, also my farming implements, horses, one milch Cow, two two year olds, and the yearlings and four sheep, one bed and bedding, also the one half of my dwelling house. The above mentioned property I hereby will to the said Joseph Levi Murray Strictly on the following conditions.
First, that he maintain and support my sister Jane Henry comfortably with food and clothing during her life.
Second that he keep a Cow for her own use, said cow to be at her disposal when she may desire.
Third, that he reserve one half of the house for her private use.
Fourth, that in the case of illness he defray necessary expenses for medical attendance and a nurse.
Fifth, that he place no charge upon her nor compel her to work.
Sixth, that he, at her death, defray funeral expenses.
Seventh, that he pay over to her or her executors, One hundred and twenty dollars as following four dollars yearly to her, and at her death to balance to her executors.
I do also here and now appoint John McKenzie and Hugh Simon Fraser Esqrs. my Executors to see that the above conditions be justly and faithfully carried out.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Francis Henry, late of Durham, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 31st. day of October A.D. 1882.
